He was in the first class at the College School, Irish Grove, Stephenson co. in 1854 with his brother Henry Brown Daniels.

Married Caroline McClintic, daughter of Nathaniel McClintic and Eliza Bolinda Sloan, April 3, 1870 in Stephenson Co. Illinois. They had a daughter Viola in Dec 1871. The census indicates Viola was born in Illinois and that is probably correct.

Viola's death certificate says she was born in Clarksville Nebraska, but it's likely Albert went to Clarksville (later Clarks) in 1873 with his step-brother Albert Tunks. Albert's wife died 20 Dec 1892 in Clarks and Albert and Viola moved to Victoria, Texas and later to Seadrift where Albert died 20 Nov 1930. Viola married William Bennett and died in Seadrift in 1940.
