He was employed at the Moline Plow Co. 2 in 1917 and mentioned as a wholesale tailoring Co. 4 in 1930. He was in WW I. He as married to Georgia Rayburn Kinney, they had a son, William Robert Herlocker 6 February 1925. Georgia was the daughter of Harry Kinney and Elsie Meanor born 1893 in Webster Co IA, died abt 1927 in Washington D.C. Elbert and George had one son - William Robert Herlocker 6 Feb 1925 IL. He died 8 August 1992 in San Diego CA. William married Margueritte Adele Bressler in CA, born 21 Dec 1927. He married the 2nd time to Florence Nettles abt 1927. She was born in IL and died after 1930. Elbert and Florence had a son named John F. Herlocker born Jul 1928 in IL. 2.
