King Cemetery

This is a small mid-1800's cemetery .
Overall condition is GOOD.
There's maintenance as well as mowing & trimming.

The cemetery is located SW of Pekin, IL
Go South from Pekin on RT 29 about 2-3miles to Garman Rd.
Turn Right (West) on Garman for 1.6 miles to Wagonseller Rd.
Continue West through Wagonseller Rd. for another .5 miles to Fuelberth Rd.
Turn left (South) on Fuelberth .7 of a mile to Bluebird Hill.
The small cemetery sits on a little rise on the side of the road.
A nearby farmer keeps it mowed. The stones are well worn and most are difficult to read.

9 marked graves -- 4 with foot stones.
Stones are badly weathered & worn. Only 4 stones are readable.
2 mature fir trees block the wind & weather from the South.

It helped protect the inscription for James M. King's stone.
