VITTORI, LEWIS LANDI JR
Graveside servce will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Lakeside (Oakgrove) Cemetery for Louis LandiVittori, 64, of Clarytona Manor Lewistown, formerly of Pekin.  Rev. Ralph Cordes, pastor of Pekin's Second Reformed Church will officiate.  Cremation rites were accorded.  Friends may call at the home of a daughter, Cheryl Burrell, 304 Herman street, from 7 until 9 p.m. Tuesday.  Memorial contributions may be made to Second Reformed Church of Pekin.  Abts Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.  Mr. LandiVittori died at 9:34 a.m. Saturday, Mar 15, 1980, in Graham Hospital, Canton, where he had been a patient since January.  Born October 22, 1915, at Pekin, he was a son of Lous LandiVittori, Sr., and Eileen Moore LandiVittori.  He was employed by the American Distlling Company at Pekin, and later was an engineer for the Chicago and North Western Railroad.  Surviving are three sons, Randy of Honolulu, Hawaii, Lamonte of Morton, and David of Pekin; and three daughters, Mrs. Valerie Gaa of Peoria, Mrs. Cheryl Burrell of Pekin; and Miss Carol Jean LandiVittori of Lincoln., one brother, Tom of Phoenix, Arizona and seven grandchildren.

VITTORI, LOUIS SR "Luigi"
Services for Louis Vittori Sr., 68, a blacksmith here for many years, who died at his home, 628 S. Twelfth street, at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Preston funeral home.  The Rev. M. A. Coffey of the St. Joseph Catholic church will officate at the rites and bural will be in Lakeside (Oakgrove) Cemetery.  Mr. Vittori as born in Cori Italy, Dec. 21, 1881, a son of Thomas and Ann Vittori.  He has been a resident of the United States for the past 48 years.  His marriage to Eileen A. Moore took place in Pekin on Jan. 15, 1915.  Surviving are two sons, Louis Vittori Jr, Pekin, and Thomas Vittori, Union City, Ind.  Also surviving is a brother, Steve Vittori, living in Italy and seven grandchldren.  He had been in ill health for the past three years.  Friends may call the Preston funeral home until time of the services.

WEBER, GRACE ALLEN EERTMOED
Mrs. Grace Weber Dies At Methodist Hospital At Noon
Mrs. Grace Allen Eertmoed Weber, 92, died shortly before noon today at the Methodist hopsital in Peoria. her body was brought to the Noel Funeral home and funeral announcements will be made later.  Mrs. Weber was born in Hanover, Germany, April 4, 1853, a daughter of  Allen and Bertha Eertmoed. Her marriage was to Lambert Weber in 1875 and  his death occurred in 1922. Mrs. Weber was a member of the Second Reformed church and she was the last living member of a family of seven children. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Tena DeBoer, Pekin; Albert Weber, Havana; Mrs. Carl Bowman, Hanna City; Mrs. Bertha Deworth, Peoria; Henry Weber, Hanna City; Mrs. William Walmer, Allentown; Martin Weber, Glasford and Harm Weber, Pekin, Two children preceded the mother in death.

OBITUARY -- Funeral services for Mrs. Grace Weber, 91 years old, who died at Methodist hospital Friday, will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Second Reformed church in Pekin. The body will lie in state an hour before services. Interment will be in Pekin cemetery. Friends may call at the Noel funeral home in Pekin this afternoon and evening. Mrs. Weber had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Bertha DeWeerth, 712 Ravine ave., Peoria, since last November. Mrs. Weber was born Arpil 4, 1852, in Campen, Ostfriesland, Germany, the daughter of Mrs. and mrs. Alle Eertmoed. She marreied Lammert Henry Weber September 25, 1875. They removed to Pekin in 1881 and had been residents of the community since that time. Surviving are four sons and four daughters; Mrs. Tena DeBoer, Pekin; Mrs. Bertha DeWeerth, Peoria;  Fred Weber, Havana; Mrs. Fannie Beewen, Hanna City; Henry Weber, Hanna City; Mrs. Grace Warner, Allentown; Martin Weber, Glasford and Harm Weber, Pekin; 40 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

WHISLER, HELEN PLUT
DELAVAN- Helen Louisa Plut Whisler, 89, of Delavan, died at 3 a.m. Wednesday, Feb 20, 2008, at Hopedale Hospital.  She was born April 23, 1918, in Waterloo to Jacob James and Louisa Wall Plut.  She married Junior J Whisler on July 27, 1941, in Green Valley.  He preceded her in death on July 15, 1995.  Surviving are two sons, James M. (Sandra) Whisler of Green Valley and Jay (Sharon) Whisler of Pekin; four grandchildren, JoAnn (Todd) Davis of Delavan, Jolene Whisler of Pekin, Jeff Whisler of Pekin and Christine (Jeff) Gillis of Bartonville and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Plut of Pekin and one sister Charlotte Bailey of Delavan.  Helen was a 1936 graduate of Delavan High School and Illinois State University.  She taught Elementary school at Delavan, Groveland and Armington.  Helen as a member of Delavan Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir, was active in the Women's Association and a member of the Care Committee.  She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 382 in Delavan and a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Delavan.  She was an avid quilter.  Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Davis Mortuary, Delavan Chapel.  The Rev Larry Moreau and Robert Culbertson will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour before the service at the mortuary.  Burial will be in Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan.  Memorials may be made to American Legion Auxiliary Post 382, Delevan Ambulance Service or Ladies Prairie Rest Cemetery Association.
