County of Union. } The People of the State of Illinois, To all to whom these presents shall come, Greeting:
KNOW ye, That License and permission are hereby given to any person authorized by law to solemnize the rites of
matrimony, to join together as man and wife, Mr. Patrick Garvey and Miss Barbary Norix according to the usual custom
of the laws of Illinois; and for so doing this shall be your sufficient warrant, The parties being of lawful age
Given under my hand and seal of office at Jonesboro this 17 day of June A.D. 1853.
