Marriage may be celebrated
between Mr. Ulysses Godwin of Preston Precinct in the County of Union and State of Illinois of the age of 24 years and Miss Clara H. Smith of Preston Precinct in the County of Union and State of Illinois of the age of 15 years the father of the said Clara H. Smith having given his consent to said Marriage.
