The People of the State of Illinois to all who shall see these presents-greeting: Know ye, that license and permission
has been granted to any minister of the gospel authorized to marry by the Church or Society to which he belongs;
any justice of the Supreme Court, Justice of any Inferior Court or Justice of the Peace, to celebrate and certify
the Marriage of Mr. Daniel M. Kelley and Miss Sarah A. Ferguson; now both of this County, according to the usual
custom and Laws of the State of Illinois; and you are required to return this License to me within thirty days
from the solemnization of the same under a penalty of one hundred dollars. Witness Thomas J. Finley, cleark of
the court for the county of Union and the seal of said court affixed at Jonesboro this third day of July A.D. 1858.
I hereby certify that on the eighth day of July A.D. 1858, I joined in the holy state of matrimony, Mr. Daniel
M. Kelley and Miss Sarah A. Ferguson according to the custom and laws of Illinois. Given under my hand and seal,
