![]() ANNA - - Mrs. Evelyn June Toler, 71, died at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1998, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born on June 11, 1927 in Carterville, the daughter of Irving E. and Morine (Reeves) Milton. She married William Franklin Toler on April 23, 1953, in Anna. She is survived by her husband, William Franklin Toler of Anna; three sons, and a daughter-in-law, Brad Toler of Anna, Don and Heather Toler of Boynton Beach Fla. and Dave Toler of Brecksville, Ohio; one sister and her husband, Myra and Zeke Davidson of Anna; two brothers, Richard Milton and his wife, Virginia, of Hot Springs, Ark. and Earl Milton of St. Joseph, Mo.; two grandchildren, Ashley and Donny Toler, and several nieces and nephews, including Don and Shirley Ray and Kerry and Elaine Ray, all of Anna. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Anna. She was active with her husband in his business with Holiday Inn Hotels and the self-storage business. She was a loving mother and housewife and was active in civic organizations everywhere she lived. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 1998, at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Larry Shacklee officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery. Memorials to the building fund of the First Baptist Church in Anna are preferred. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. Contributed by Larry Toler |
