FRED C. TOLER
![]() Fred C. Toler, 83, of Anna, died Saturday morning July 27, 1990, on arrival at Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born in Union County on Oct. 12, 1906, the son of Frank and Pearlie Ferguson Toler. He married Muriel Beggs on July 1, 1942, in New Madrid, Mo. He is survived by his wife, Muriel, of Anna; one son, Jerry Toler of Anna; two granddaughters, Joy and Kimberly Toler, all of Anna. Three brothers, Holly, Lee and Bon, and one sister, Clemma Adams preceded him in death. He was a member of the Universalist Church and attended the First Baptist Church in Anna. He was a veteran of World War II and a 50-year pin holder in Lick Creek Masonic Lodge 627 AF & AM. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna with Dr. Charles Owen officiating. Interment was in the McGinnis Cemetery with military honors at the grave by the Anna VFW Post 3455. Masonic rites were conducted at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
