   Garland, TX-- Larkin B. Toler, 74, retired farmer and father-in-law of County Commissioner Buck Frank, died at his residence in Garland Saturday following a heart attack.
    He was a native of Union County, Illinois, coming to Texas in 1885.  He first settled at Stephenville, Erath County, moving to Plano, Collin County, thirty years ago, where he lived until moving to Garland five years ago.
    Toler, active in church work, had been a member of the Baptist Church for over fifty years.  At the time of his death he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Plano.
    Funeral services will be held at Plano at the First Baptist church Sunday at 4:30 p.m., with burial there.
    Survivors include five sons, L. F. Toler, Bryan, Brazos County; Fred Toler, Harlingen, Cameron County; Berryman Toler, Plano; Cullen Toler, Garland; three daughters, Miss Ettie Toler, Garland; Mrs. Buck Frank, Dallas; Mrs. Wayne Southwood, Plano; one brother, one sister, sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
