LEE H. TOLER



    Funeral services for Lee H. Toler, 71, of Kankakee were held Saturday at the Hertz – Thomas chapel with the Rev. William Browning officiating.  Mr. Toler died Thursday, Aug. 22 at Riverside Hospital after a short illness.
    He was a long time resident of Anna and owned a barber shop under the Anna National Bank building for approximately 20 years.  He had been a barber for 50 years and had worked for the State of Illinois 23 years as a barber at both Anna and Manteno state hospitals.  He retired in January from Manteno State hospital.  He was a member of the St. Mark United Methodist Church, the Illinois Barber Association, and the Kankakee Barbers Union Local 777.
    Mr. Toler is survived by his wife, Edna Lee; along with a son, Frank, also of Kankakee; and two brothers, Hollie and Fred of Anna.
 Interment was in Memorial Gardens.
