VICK CEMETERY
Union County Illinois Genealogy Trails
South part, southeast quarter, section 34
Township 13 south, range 2 west
Transcribed and contributed by Darrel Dexter
| This cemetery is on the Union-Alexander county border, just off County Line Road. It
is on the edge of a wooded area on land now owned by the HUFFMANs. The earliest marker in the cemetery is for
Susana VICK, who died in 1852. The cemetery is not cared for and overgrown with vines and bushes. It was transcribed
by Darrel Dexter on 19 February 2001. Note: This cemetery is also claimed by Alexander County known as the County Line Cemetery. At this time I am not sure in which county it is actually located. |
