James Adams
James Adams, formerly of Nashville, passed away at his home in Centralia Jan. 18 at 70 years of age. Mr. Adams was a native of Pilot Knob township and during the civil war raised a company known as Co. I, 80th Illinois. Later he engaged in business in Nashville, going to Centralia a number of years before his death. He was survived by two daughters, Mrs. Andrew Meyer, Edna Adams, and a son, David. Interment was made in Nashville.
