Mrs. Cora McKenzie Mrs. Cora McKenzie, 75, 411 Fairview Drive, a resident of Champaign for the last four years, died at 12:50 a.m. Fri- day (Nov. 9, 1962) in Burnham City Hospital. Heath Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of local ar- rangements. The body will be taken to Kringer Funeral Home Ashley where services will be conducted. Burial will be in Ashley Cemetery Mrs. McKenzie was born June 2, 1887 at Ashley, daugh- ter of William Jefferson and Mary Ann Cox Wright. Her hus- band, William McKenzie, died in 1936. She was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church at Richview. Mrs McKenzie leaves the following children: Miss Mary McKenzie, 41 Fairview Drive; |

Vernon; and Myrle McKenzie, Munde- lein She also leaves five sisters, Mrs. Della Reed, Champaign County Nursing Home; Mrs. Ida Thompson, Centralia; Mrs. Addie Cohlmeyer, Richview Mrs. Fannie Hemmerlein, Bruceville, Ind.; and Mrs. Nell Ingram, Waltonville; 31 grand- children; and 33 great-grand- children. Pallbearers: grandchildren of the deceased: Francis Mc- Kenzie, Marion MxKenzie, Robert Dennis., Orville Sensel, Richard Heitkamp and Michael Farmer. |
