Chas. Rohlfing
Chas. Rohlfing, a prominent member of the Pilot Knob German M.E. congregation, passed away last Thursday at his home south of Nashville after a two months' illness of liver trouble and other complications. Departed was born Jan. 25, 1864, in Pilot Knob township and was married to Christine Brockmeyer May 9, 1895. Six children were born to this union of whom five, Christ, William, Charles, Lena, and Charlotte, and the bereaved wife survive. Funeral services were held Saturday morning in the Pilot Knob church with interment on the church burying ground.
