FRANKLIN SKINNER DEAD

Well known old resident of Hiattville died yesterday of paralysis, aged 70
years.

Word reached this city this morning from Hiattville telling of the death of
Franklin Skinner, one of the oldest residents of Bourbon county. Mr.
Skinner died after an extended illness of paralysis. He was 70 years of age
and had lived in this country for years. His illness, which has been a long
one, was not considered serious until a short time ago. The funeral was
held from his late home in Hiattville this afternoon. Interment occured at
the Hiattville Cemetery.

The Hiattville Cemetery is in Township 27, section 3, Range 23, 1/2 mile
west of Hiattville.

Buried: April 21, 1902 Bourbon Co. Hiattville, Kansas Row 7 - Center Section
