Cincinnati Cemetery

Bill and Frances White, who live near Lappin Cemetery, sold some land to the county along with other neighbors to pay for a fence to be built around Cincinatti because the owner at that time was letting his cattle run through the cemetery, knocking over the stones and damaging the cemetery. Mariann Musgrave Brownson 2008

This data base is divided into 2 halves.  The left portion shows ONLY information that is actually on the tombstone.  The right portion gives more complete genealogical data on the persons buried in Cincinnati.  This has come from a variety of documented sources AND individuals.  Sandy Baurer, Lois Branch, Mark Cohn, Ben Crain, Howard Hoover, Marilyn Howard, Stephen Kinney, Jerilyn Koskan, Nola Loker, Richard Smith, Gene Wheeler & Dianna Williams have all had some degree of input.

LS is information added by Laurie Selpien.

NOTE:  Harriet's tombstone clearly reads Hal Baker.  However, it is on the same stone as Alfred Baker's and the birth & death date exactly match Harriett's.  Possibly her nickname was Hallie?  This is supported by the W. R. Jones "Early History….." book that refers to Alfred's wife as Halley.
