Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the Circuit Court of Wayne County at the next Term of said court, to be holden at Fairfield on the first Thursday after the last Monday in March , for judgment against said lands for taxes, interest and costs thereon, and for order to sell the said lands, for the satisfaction thereof , and all the lands against which such order shall be… rest is unreadable.

NOTE from Betty: These are the original newspaper clippings. They were found in Case 1 Box 8. All of the old boxes up to #12 are now laminated and put away so it is going to be impossible to get to them after they are stored in the basement.
