The Fisk Cemetery is located on the Jim Fisk farm which is about one mile west of Prophetstown on the
Portland Road. The cemetery is about one half block north of the the road at the top of a knoll and east of the farm
buildings. The plot is about one half acre in size and is enclosed with a fence. In the center of the larger cemetery
is a second plot which is enclosed by an iron fence. There are no graves bearing the name "Fisk" in the cemetery. It derives
the name because it is located on land that was in the Fisk family for a long time.
There are few stones left standing. Most are flat on the ground and covered with dirt and grass. Many broken stones are scattered around.
