Rev. W.F. Berge performed the ceremony, using an impressive an impressive ring service. They were attended by Miss Olivia McDearmon, sister of teh groom and Chester Deets,brother of the bride. "The Bridal March" from Lohengrin was played for the processional by Mrs. Hazel a Frey.
After the ceremony Rev. Berge presented the newlywees to the guests present, the members of the immediate families and friends. During the reception following Mrs. Frey played a group of piano selections and the bride and groom received best wishes from the guests.
The bride wore a beautiful gown of Nile green crepe with gold trimming. Her bridesmaid was attired in a rust crepe frock. A wedding lunch was served by three young ladies, the Misses Nellie Grimes, Marion McDearmon and Nellie Deets.
The bride received heer education in the Emerson school from which she graduated. She is a charming young lady. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl McDearmon of teh Bend and was educated in the rural schools. Mr. and Mrs. McDearmon will go to housekeeping in the spring at Emerson where the groom is employed on the James F. Deets farm.
