The Senior class gave a very delightful program in the high school auditorium Tuesday night. The stage was tastefully arranged with wicker furniture, lamps and flowers. Ethel Schneider, president of the Senior Class, announced each number on the program, which was as follows:
Class Creed- Harold Stewart, Leroy Thomas and Arlyn Pratt. Class Flower- Dorothy Bingenheimer. Class Song -Dee Dum Dell. Class History - for Freshman year - Esther Wetzell; Sophomore year - Henry Nielsen; Junior year - Evelyn Droneberg; Senior year - Pete Burke. Class Will, Helen Woods, Helen Buxton, John Love and Vernon Rasmussen. Class Poem, composed and read by Robert Wood. Saxophone Solor , "When the Blue of the Night Meets the Gold of the Day - Mervyn Graham accompanied by Ethel Schneider. Class Prophecy, Arlene Eshelman, Edna Dronenberg, Keith Wheelock, Arthur Davis adn Dorothy Bingenheimer. Advice to the Juniors - Leonard Hard and Marvin Winans. Presentation of Class Gift, Ethel Schneider and Cecil Peterson. Song, composed by Robert Wood in collaboration with George Wilson and George Marsh and dedicated to the Senior class. Sung by Mervyn Graham, Robert Wood at the piano. Honorarium to Faculty - Suzanne Fraser. Class Song - Mervyn Graham, accompanied by Ethel Schneider. Miss Schnider then introduced Helen Woods who presented Miss Verna Garnett, Senior Class advisor, with a pretty floor lamp, a gift of appreciation from the seniors. Miss Woods also presented Miss Elizabeth Pierce with a gift and thanks of the class for her splendid work in coaching the class play. Miss Arlene Eshelman, in behalf of the Dramatic Club also presented Miss Pierce with a gift. The program was then turned over to EE.W. Vickrey, principal, who called on Miss Evelyn Moore who gave awards to the girls of the Girls Athletic Assoc. who had earned letters. Mr. Vickrey then called on Coach Murray who presented the basketball letters. :Then Mr. Vickrey presented the scolarship given by the Chillicothe Business College to Arthur Davis. The Balfour Key is presented each year to that members who excels in scholarship, loyalty and achievement and this honor was bestowed upon Arthur Davis.

Class of 1933 Annual Reunion

The class of 1933 of the Tampico High School held its annual reunion on Sunday (July 23, 1967) at Sinissippi Park, Sterling, with a picnic dinner at noon and a social afternoon. Mrs. Evalyn Staelens conducted the business meeting and Maynard Peterson served as secretary and treasurer. Next year's officers who will serve are: President, Leo Strike; Mrs. Mary King, secretary and treasurer. The reunion will be held on the fourth Sunday of July next year at Sinnissippi Park.

Class members present were Mrs. Edward Burke, Maynard Peterson, Clarence Brandau, Evalyn Staelens, Tampico; Mrs. Larry King, Sterling; Leo Strike, Rock Falls. Guest included; Edward Burke and grandchildren, Sheila, Kent, Brian, Diets, Peoria; Mrs. Maynard Peterson, Susie and Sally, Mrs. Clarence Brandau, Mrs. Leo Strike, Larry King.
