WEDDINGS
The couple was attended by Miss Cecil Breed, a sister of the bride. The bride was very prettily and tastefully attired in a gown of white net over white silk and carried white carnations. The bridesmaid's costume was blue. The bride is one of Yorktown's splendid young ladies who has won for herself many friends in her home.
The groom is the son of C.W. Foy, a well known retired Tampico farmer, and is a young man of correct habits, and honest and industrious. Mr. and Mrs. Foy will begin housekeeping in the spring on his father's farm southwest of Tampico.
In the evening a reception was tendered the couple at the Breed home and some fifty friends and relatives gathered to do honor to the day and event. Games, music and a social time made the evening pass pleasantly. A number of fine presents were received by the couple. A lap supper was served and when the guests departed it was with many good wishes for a bright future for Mr. and Mrs. Foy.
