LEGAL NOTICE
In the matter of the petition for the probate of the last will and testament of Allen J. Gettle, deceased.
Notice is hereby given to the above named persons and to all whom it may concern, that said instrument will be offered for probate, and hearing had on said petition by said County Court, in the County Court room in the Court House, in the City of Morrison, Whiteside County. Illinois, on Monday, the 17th day of February A. D. 1941, at the hour of ten o'clock a. m., or as soon thereafter as the matter
can be heard at which time and place you are hereby notified to be present to show cause if any
you have, why said instrument in writing should not be admitted to probate as the last will of said Allen J. Gettle, deceased.

Public notice is hereby given that a petItion has been filed in the Countv Court of Whiteside County, Illinois, showing that Allen J. Gettle, late of Rock Falls in said county, departed this life leaving an instrument purporting to be his last will and testament. That said decedent left him surviving the following named persons as heirs, legatees and devisses:
Eunice Minnie Gettle; Myrtle Evelyn Little: Paul W. Gettle; Earl F.
Gettle: Sue Gettle: Lola Gagin and
Aaron G. Gettle. That it is not known whether Aaron G. Gettle be living or dead, and in case of his death, the following named persons are heirs, legatees and devisees of said decedent: Robert Gettle, Jennette Mallette and William Gettle.
