SANSON WINK

I, Sansom Wink, of the town of Hopkins in the County of Whiteside and State of Illinois declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

Having already given to my wife Elizabeth Wink, eighty acres of land by a good and sufficient Warranty deed I hereby bequeath to her, in lieu of dower, widows allowance. Homestead rights and all other rights and interests in my estate the following described personal property.

One span of good horses with harness for the same. Six good cows. One good road wagon and one carriage, one good plow, and one harrow and all of the household-goods and effects.

I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal property both present and after acquired of every name and nature whatsoever after the payment of all my just debts to these my children as tenants in common, namely to--Jacob J Wink, Sarah R Delp, Hulda Jane Lane, Thomas H Wink, Samantha McVicker, Celestia H Yeager, Wesley C Wink, Axaphia B Wink, C Alice Wink, Howard L Wink, Elmer W Wink, Corena B Wink, Olive Wink, and Charles A Wink.

I hereby appoint my wife Elizabeth Wink the sole executrix of this my last Will and Robert Lane and my said wife to be the guardians of all my minor children.

It is my desire and wish that my heirs shall use my property and keep it together until my debts are all paid.

In witness whereof I, Sansom Wink, have to this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my name this 17 day of March 1883.

Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us and at the same time declared to be his last will and testament and there upon we at the request of the testator and in his presence of each other sign our names hereto as witnesses this 17th day of March 1883 at Sterling, Whiteside Co. Illinois.

I, E W Payne, Clerk of the County Court of said county hereby certify that the foregoing last will and testament of Sansom Wink was this day duly proved in open court and admitted to probate herein and ordered to be recorded in the record of wills in and for this county.
