Abraham first married Elizabeth Hinchcliff in PA. Then he married Abram's mother, Nancy (Tyner). She was born 1802 Robertson Co, TN and died 1841, having 7 children. Between 1858 and 1865 Abram was out West, and during the Civil War was with Co G 1st CA Cav. In 1869 he married Hannah Fozard the d/o Edwin. She died in 1872 leaving one child: Olive M. In 1874 He married Ann Manning, she died 21 Jul 1887. Their children are: Inis, William H, Richard H, Samuel H, Hardin ( d bef 1905), Joseph H, Bessie (m Roy Tygett) and Thomas H.(1887 and 1905).
