Places in Creal Springs Twp

Section 11 Canaville.  When the RR station was built it was named for Wm H Willeford, so the name of the town was changed in 1904

Section 13  Odumburg had a post office.

Section 17 Ward's Mill was est in 1811 by Joseph and Thomas Griffith. 

Section 23 Gaskells was on a RR line, it was probably just a station.

Section 25 Creal Springs was an early French trading post. In 1881 Edward G Creal discovered a mineral springs and built a town there, plated in 1883.

Section 35 Sulfur Springs was about 3/4 of a mile south of present day Creal Springs.
