Tax-Payers of Woodford County: Spring Bay Township

Farmer and milling; Sec. 35; P. O. Box Fondulac, Tazewell Co.; was born in Columbia Co., N. Y., May 24, 1815.  When 13 years of age, came to Tazewell (now Woodford) Co., and has resided here ever since.  Owns 240 acres of land and a flouring-mill.  Married Miss Lydia Loveless at Spring Bay, March 18, 1860.  She was born in Ohio, July 11, 1838; one child - Austin, born Oct. 30, 1869.  Mr. Crocker was one of the early settlers, and a more extended notice of him appears in the historical part of the work under head of Spring Bay Tp.
