Junior Class
In the fall of 1955 last year's sophomores became this year's
juniors. The new juniors began a successful year with a very
profitable Spaghetti Supper. On November 17th they presented the
class play entitled "Ready-Made Family".
the juniors are planning the
Junior-Senior Prom and Banquet, to be held on May 19th. They are
looking forward to that last year when they will be seniors.
They have
as their sponsores Mr. Haddix, Mr. Stolt, and Miss Bradley.
The junior
class officers who were chosen were Michael Swanson, President; Sandra
Ingold, Vice President; Janet Tyson, Secretary; and Bill Stickelmaier,
Treasurer.

Sophomore Class
The
sophomore class met the 1955-56 school year with the relief of leaving the
freshmen troubles behind. This year for the first time they were
allowed a concession, the popcorn sales, at the ballgames.
Besides
the popcorn sales, they held a successful chilli supper and bake
sale.
The sophomore class sponsors are Mr. Condit, Mr. Greene, and
Mrs. Bill.
The officers for this year are Joyce Janssen, President;
Kathleen Gronewald, Vice President; Ruth Cochran, Secretary; and Betty
Damerell, Treasurer.

Freshman Class The freshmen class
was properly initiated into LWHS on September 29th with a very amusing (to
the upperclassmen) cermony. On January 14th they held a Bake Sale to
open their treasury. The freshmen sponsors are Mrs. Miller, Mrs.
Wiseman, and Miss Meyers.
The class officers this year are Bill
Kelly, President; Pamela Tweddle, Vice President; and Marge Emery,
Secretary-Treasurer.
