St. Luke Evangelical & Reformed Church Cemetery


Kirkland Township,  Adams County,  Indiana
5 miles west of Monroe,  and 1 1/2 mile north.


On March 5, 1900, 2 acres of land was purchased from Henry Hilgeman for a German Reformed Church and Cemetery.  The congregation bought the Zion Christian Union Church at Honduras in 1939. It was called the St. Luke Evangelical and Reformed Church,    In June of 1957 the Evangelical and Reformed and the Congregational Christian merged and is now known as, St. Luke, the United Church of Christ.
