GRANT COUNTY, INDIANA
240 OCTOGENARIANS
With favorable weather the attendance will be unusually large at the
5th Annual meeting of the Grant County Octogenarian Club to be held at
the Soldiers Home Tuesday, August 13.
At the meeting contributions will be received for a fund which will be
used in the erection of a log-cabin which would become the permanent
meeting place of the club.
In the list below the names of a number of persons who have reached the
80th milestone may be omitted.
All persons whose birthdate back to 1827 are eligible to membership and
are urged to attend the meeting.
The Chronicle will add the names whose names do not appear on the
following list.
