To the sheriff of Harrison County,
You are hereby commanded to
summons Mary Anne, Elkana Lindsey, her husband Isiah Crandall,
Cornelius Crandall, Tertulous Crandall, Mahala Crandall, Grace
Crandall, Nathaniel and Sarah Crandall who are to appear in the
Harrison County Court of Common Pleas on the second day of the next
term thereof to be held at the Court House in Corydon on the 3rd Monday
in July 1851 then and there to answer the petition of Michael Swartz
and Rebecca Swartz for portion of land.
