HARRISON COUNTY DEEDS

Know all men by there presents that (?) John Tanner and Jacob Zanor of Harrison County, Indiana Territory are held and fimly bound unto William Henry Harrison Eqr ?ound of  Sd Territory in the full and just sum of Seventy dollars Current only of to which payment will and truly to tie made use and our selvey(?) our herz I am thy and secerary(?) by finaly by by there presents sealed with our dated this 19th day of (?) 1809
The Condition of the above obligations is such that where as there is a marriage shortly in (?) to be had solominzed between the John Tanner alone cound John Tanner and Catherine  Zanor of Lawful age . Now if (?) share be (?) Law (?) Cause to abstract (?) age then the ab(?) (?) also to

John Chism and Andrew Johnston of lawful age being duly (?) there oaths do say that they are acquainted with Lavina Akers who is about to intermarry with Richard Chism and that they believe the said Richard Chism and Lavina Akers is at this time of the lawful age and that one of the parties usually resides in this county and that they know of no lawful reason why the said Richard Chism and Lavina Akers should not be marred further (?) on (?) Sayeth not August 12 1822
