Owenton, Ky. Jan. 20 -- Miss Elizabeth Smith of New Liberty, Owen County, and Mr. Garvey Kemper, of Indianapolis, will be married at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tebe Smith, tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock by Rev. R. L. Wallace. They will reside in Indianaplis on their return from their wedding trip.
