Indianapolis, March 11 -- The flax mills of Lebman, Rosenthal & Co., at Frankfort, Ind., exploded this morning about 7 o'clock. The mills were entirely destroyed by fire.
Ten persons were killed. The cause of the explosion is unknown. Patrick Leahy, the foreman, and Thomas Croxton, engineer, are among the killed.
