WHITE
Samuel Thomas White, Jr., 30, for four years a resident of Bloomington living at 109 S. Jefferson until last Spring, died Friday afternoon at his family home at Cushing, Okla. White, a salesman for the Jarman Shoe Co., submitted to an operation last Spring and had been in failing health since that time. A World War II veteran, he was a member of the Elks Lodge and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lee White; a son Stephen, and daughter Merille. Funeral services and burial will be at Cushing
WOODBURN
The funeral of the infant child of Prof. and Mrs. James Woodburn was held at nine o’clock this morning at the residence on north College Avenue in charge of Rev. J. D. Barr. Interment was at Rose Hill cemetery. – Bloomington Evening World, 05 Oct 1904
WRIGHT
The death of Mrs. Martha Wright occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Wall on East 14th Street, Thursday morning at 5 o'clock. Death was due to pneumonia with which she had been ill for some time. The deceased was a widow lady aged 82 and her years aided the disease. Funeral at Shiloh at 11 o'clock Sunday with burial at the same place. Mrs. Wright leaves besides her daughter a son at Morgantown. – Bloomington Telephone, 03 December 1907
