JAMES RILEY & MARTHA LOUGHMILLER FANCHER FAMILY James Riley Fancher was born in July 1838, in Orange County Indiana. He was a son of Benjamin and Charity Stalcup Fancher. He first married Martha Ann Trinkle (1840-1883) on 31 July 1859. To this marriage were born 7 children: Lucy Ann Fancher Wilford (Stella Childers) Fancher Ida Bell Fancher (Stephenson) Rosalie Fancher (Stephenson) Emma Angelia (Crandall) John Fancher Levi Fancher After his first wife died in 1883, he married Martha Loughmiller on 01 February 1885 in Washington County Indiana. Martha Loughmiller was born 07 May 1859 in Palmyra, Floyd Co, Indiana, a daughter of Andrew and Christine Ollis Loughmiller. James Riley and Martha Loughmiller Fancher were the parents of 6 children: Mary Myrtle (Whitman) - 09 Oct 1893-03 May 1971 Minnie Ellen Fancher (Watson) Lillian Mae (Newman) - b: 28 Feb 1897 Susan Elizabeth Fancher (Pierson) Charles Fancher (died about 2yrs of age) Oscar Andrew Johnson Fancher James Riley Fancher died in 1909. Martha Loughmiller Fancher died in 1939. |
