Summerset to Fontanelle

An Act to change the name of Summerset, in Adair county, to Fontanelle.

Change Name / To Be Recorded

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa, That the name of Summerset, in Adair county, be, and the same is hereby changed to Fontanelle;
Provided, that the change of name shall be recorded in the Recorder’s office in Adair county, within six months after the passage of this act.

Sec. 2. This act to be in force from and after its publication in the Iowa City Republican and Iowa Capital Reporter.
