In the 1900 Ross, Franklin County, Iowa census I have found George Goppinger, wife Ellen and daughters Elizabeth and Lula who I believe are the two Storck girls. In the 1900 Mott, Franklin County, Iowa census I have a Elizabeth Scantlebury with sons Frank and Edward In the 1905 Sheffield, Franklin County, Iowa census I have Solomon Holmes with wife, Mary and son Arthur who I assume is the Artie in the photo.
