She graduated from Evangelical School of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse. Married. Lawrence James Price of Albion, Iowa. Survived by children Douglas (Leigh) Price of Le Grand, Kelly (Michael) Whitmore of Le Grand and Timothy (Tricia) Price of Marshalltown. 11 Grand Children, 4 Step- Grand Children, one Gr. Grand Daughter and 1 sister Bonita Johannsen of Traer, Iowa.

Survivors: 3 daughters, Jeanette (Mrs. Elmer) Peterson and Patricia (Mrs. Red) Western b/ of Marshalltown and Linda Christensen, Cedar Falls IA. 7 Grandchildren, 2 Step Grandchildren, 13 Great- Grandchildren and 5 Step Great Grandchildren. Also bro. Gilbert Fuller, State Center and sister Edith Botts, Marshalltown.

John Payson
The funeral of John Payson, the old soldier who died in the Soldier's Home at Marshalltown, was held yesterday at 2 o'clock at the residence of his daughter, 512 South Lafayette street, Gen. Hancock post G. A. R., had charge of the funeral services.

Mrs. A. E. Pickett Dies
Succumbs to Gangrene of Gall Bladder Following Operation.

Mrs. Lennie Pickett, wife of A. E. Pickett, 503 North Second avenue, and sister of Jessie C. Williams, of Pasadena, Calif., and of E. Lester Williams, city, died at 11 o'clock this forenoon at St. Thomas hospital of gangrene of the gall bladder. She had been sick six weeks and underwent an operation Wednesday. Mrs. Pickett was born Lennie Williams, at Oskaloosa, Sept. 6, 1868, and had lived in this city since a child. She was married here Jan. 19, 1889. She was active in the Women's Relief Corps, the Service Star Legion, the City Federation of Women's Clubs and in the State street Evangelical church, of which she was a member. Four children and the mother, Mrs. Sarah E. Williams, 612 East Main street, survive with the husband. They are Mrs. Frank Keefer and Earl, Russell and Elbert Pickett, city. Sisters living besides Jessie and Lester Williams are Mrs. C. A. Berggren, Los Angeles, and Mrs. R. S. Patterson, Davenport. Another sister, Mrs. Hattie Jones, died a year ago. The funeral will be held at the home of Lester Williams, 312 North Center street, at 2:30 Monday, and burial will be in Riverside.
