Chas. Seals & A. F. Pugh

Last Week, Chas. Seals sold his grocery and meat market in the south part of Lovilia to A. F. Pugh, who recently moved from No.18. Mr. Pugh is working at present at the Rex Coal mine but has left the management of his store to his son, Murl.

Smith ~ Goble Marriage

Fred Smith and Miss Pearl Goble were married last Saturday night at Bussey by Rev. R. S. Tague at the parsonage. Mr. Smith lives in the Olive Chapel Neighborhood, ten miles south of town. The bride is a resident of Bussey. - Knoxville Express=

Van Benthuysen ~ Lindly Marriage

A quite wedding took place at The Methodist Episcopal parsonage in Knoxvill, last Thursday afternoon, when Miss Anna Lindly was united in marriage to Mr. Earl Van Benthuysen.

The bride was attended Miss Ethel Curtis; the groom's best man was Mr. Ben Snelson, both of Knoxville. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J.F. Robertson. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lindly of north of Bussey. She is a very industrious young lady and highly respected by her many friends in this community. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Van Benthuysen and is a very industrious young farmer and well liked by all who know him. He and his bride will live on a farm near Lovilia. Their many friends extend congratulations. - Bussey Record
