Company H of the Fifteenth Regiment of Iowa Volunteers was raised at Council Bluffs, the officers being Capt. D. B. Clark, and Lieut. Stephen W. King, of Pottawattamie County and John A. Donelson, of Harrison County. Capt. Clark, on account of his health, resigned before the term of service of the company expired. |
