THE OBITUARY OF

Henry Charles Atkins

Henry Charles Atkins, member of a pioneer family of this city, died Thursday at the Hotel Orleans at Spirit Lake, where he had been for some time. Death was due to pernicious anemia and occurred within twelve hours. He had been in failing health for a long time.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Lydia B. Atkins. The body was brought to this city Friday and funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Cutler's Chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Bluff City Lodge of Masons will have charge of the services at the grave. Friends are asked to omit flowers. (Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Sec. A, Lot 328)
