Mr. E. W. Bennett, of Loveland, this county, died on Sunday afternoon last, of general paralysis.

The deceased was 78 years of age, and had been a resident of this county for twenty-six years.

He leaves a wife, two daughters and a number of grandchildren to mourn his death. He was the father of Ed Bennett, of this city.

He was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and came to America when a mere boy.
