Final WILL OF PIONEER FILED IN PROBATEIsrael Boren's Property is to go toGrandchildren in Eleven YearsWill of the late Israel Boren who died last week at Crescent where he had resided for the past sixty-nine years, was filed for probate Saturday in the office of Clerk J.N. Tollinger of the district court. The instrument, drawn in March 1907, placed his entire estate in a trust in the hands of Henry W. Miller, trustee, for a period ending March 1, 1927, the trustee to have power to handle the estate in any way he judge's best for the interests of the heirs. Distribution of the estate in 1927, Mary Asenath Wilding, granddaughter, is made heir to one-third of the estate and the remaining two-thirds is directed to be distributed equally among four other grandchildren, Lottie, Viola, Henry and Bernice Wilding.
