THE OBITUARY OFRobert G. Brenneman |
ROBERT G. BRENNEMAN, 58, who has been sick from blood poisoning for the last week, which started from a small blood blister caused when he struck his finger with a hammer while repairing a chair, died at 11:45 o'clock last night at Mercy Hospital.
Brenneman had been manager of the S.T. McAtee grocery for many years, and was a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge.
He leaves besides his widow, one son, Walter D. Brenneman of Council Bluffs; one daughter, Mrs. Dudley Stupfell, also of this city; two sisters, Mrs. J.H. McDonald of Omaha and Mrs. Harty Weissinger of Chicago, and two grandchildren.
He had been a resident of Council Bluffs for forty-five years.
The body was removed to Cutler's Funeral Home where it may be viewed by friends until Wednesday morning.
Funeral services will be held at the residence, 608 West Washington Avenue, Wednesday afternoon, with the Rev. Paul Calhoun officiating.
