Dr. O.W. Chapman, one of the oldest practicing physicians of the city, died at the family residence, 1535 Graham Avenue.

Dr. Chapman was born at Welland, Ontario, and had been a resident of this city for the last fifteen years. He was a graduate of the University of Toronto, being a member of the class of 1865. Dr. Chapman was a member of the Methodist Church. He was 63 years old at the time of his death, and had been ill for the last six months.

His wife and two children, Stella and Frank, survive him. The funeral will be held from the family residence, and the remains interred at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
