Mrs. CARRIE C. CHURCHILL, aged 63 years, died of Spanish influenza at Mercy Hospital Friday morning after an illness of one and one-half days. She resided with her son, C.S. Churchill, 800 South Sixth Street. She had resided in this city for the past year.

She is survived by two sons, C.S. and H.M. Churchill, this city, and two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Hawke, Linden, Wisconsin and Miss Carrie Churchill, in charge of the base hospital at Hampton Roads, West Virginia.

The body was removed to Cutler's parlors and the funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with service at the grave in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
