THE OBITUARY OFEdward Collier |
EDWARD COLLIER, 68, 1915 South Ninth Street, died early Thursday morning at a local hospital. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Zetta Collier, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Florence Roberts and Mrs. John McCarl of Council Bluffs; one son, William Collier of Council Bluffs; two sisters, Mrs. John Lucas of Baldwin park, California and Mrs. Ellen Stodgill (Stogdill?) of Malvern, Iowa; two brothers, Jason Collier of Davenport, Iowa and Charles Collier of Council Bluffs and two grandchildren.
Mr. Collier was an employee of the Wabash Railroad. The body was removed to the Carey funeral Home.
Funeral services for EDWARD COLLIER will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at the First Christian Church, the Rev. M.B. Pringle officiating. The body will lie in state at the Carey Funeral home until 3 p.m. Sunday.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. (There is no gravestone)
