ORBIE M. COLLINS, 77, 912 Third Street, was dead on arrival at a local hospital Thursday. Death was due to an apparent heart attack. Born in Knoxville, Mrs. Collins lived most of her life here. She was a retired cook and the widow of Charles Collins. Mrs. Collins was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include: Three daughters, Mrs. Walter (Dorothy) Barcus of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Frank (Mildred) Rissler of Buckner, Missouri and Mrs. Verlyn (Violet) Osborne of Council Bluff; two brothers, Edward Carle of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Lawrence Carle of Logan; 13 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.

Meyer Funeral Home is in charge. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
