Charles R. Cornelius

CHARLES R. CORNELIUS, 90, 502 South Seventh Street, died Friday at his residence. He had suffered for many years from asthma. Cornelius a city resident for over 60 years; retired 13 years ago after serving 60 years as a railroad conductor. He was a member of Elks Lodge 531 and Railroad Conductors.

Survivors are: one daughter, Mrs. A.V. Hennessy, 502 South Seventh Street; a foster grandson, Dr. J. Donald Hennessy, 205 Frank Street; two grandsons, Dr. Charles Hennessy of Flint, Michigan and Dr. Albert Hennessy of Ann Arbor, Michigan; and one great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Beem-Belford Chapel. Msgr. J.F. Costello of St. Patrick's Catholic Church will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
